📌 Portfolio & Case Studies

By working with us, you agree that Hamila Data Engineering may reference your project or engagement in case studies, marketing materials, or portfolio listings, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This includes:

  • Displaying your business name, logo, and campaign objectives
  • Describing the services delivered and results achieved
  • Sharing anonymized or aggregated performance metrics (e.g., ad results, ROAS, traffic lifts)

We will never disclose sensitive commercial information, internal communications, or trade secrets without your explicit written permission.

If you wish to exclude your business from case study or marketing use, you may request this in writing before or during the project.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • You violate applicable laws
  • Your actions cause harm or risk to us, other users, or our partners

You may also terminate your relationship with us at any time by discontinuing use of the services.

Upon termination:

  • All rights granted to you under these Terms will cease
